Terms of Services!

by purchasing my service, you automatically agree to the following terms of service:- Strictly prohibited to use my artworks for AI Training.
- First come, first served.
- I reserve the rights to to reject commission requests if they are not in accordance with the terms and conditions.
- I don't accept cancellations if the client has already filled out the google form, unless the client cancels the previous order and replaces it with a new one due to certain circumstances.
- Prices are for personal use only. Commercial use will cost depends on the purpose (discuss first!).
- Clear dan details references are a must! (expression, pose, character, color)
- I usually using 3300 x 3900 canvas size (can be customized depends on the request).
- Full payment after sketch approval.
- Max. 3x minor revision during sketch, base color, and before i send the file. More than that/major revision, charge 20% from base price.
- Work time: 1 - 3 weeks or can be sooner (calculated after full payment), depending on details, items needed, and queue.
- Rush commission will be charge 20-30% from base price depends on the deadline. maximum 3 days before the deadline.
- If there are certain reasons that make me unable to continue or complete the commission, I will refund a maximum of 50% depending on the last progress.
- I reserve the rights to upload every commission on my platform. If you don't want to, please discuss with me.
- Results will be sent via google drive link/email in PNG format.
- No refund.
